Yes but there is a limit per passenger on the ounces of aerosols that you can bring aboard, such as spray deodorant, insect repellent and deodorant. See the TSA or airlines website for details. I would suggest that you wrap your liquids carefully, I put mine in ziploc bags and then a plastic container in case your luggage is handled roughly.

Yes, you can, but I suggest that you get trial or small sizes of all but perfume due to the weight. Just use them on trips, and refill from your regular bottles. A woman's collection of this stuff can weigh 10 pounds or more.
