Ladies, What Are Your Favorite, Hottest Perfumes and Lotions Men Like?
Wanted to find out what are women's top selling and best perfumes. I remember years ago, almost all the gals were wearing Charlie, the aroma so popular, even came up from the subways in Boston. Chanel has always been a seller, Shalimar, Jungle Gardena, etc. Let us know what you like and why. How expensive is it?Ladies, What Are Your Favorite, Hottest Perfumes and Lotions Men Like?
How did we all survive those ';Charlie'; and ';Giorgio'; fumes? The most popular fragrance is Thierry Mugler's Angel. I only like it in the drydown.
Chanel no 5 is still a favorite but Coco Mademoiselle by Chanel is really popular now.
I like My Insolence by Guerlain and Hypnose lancome.

i wear hollister's MALAYIA and it smells so good and I LOVE IT! everyone else foes too, and its the smells you smell when you walk right into hollister, and all he guys love it! it was $40 because i got the bigger botte!

Chanel no. 5, Juicy couture is real nice, Miss Dior, Allure, Rumere, La Mome and Narciso Rodriguez
my fav is always Heavenly from Victoria Secret- i know its a popular scent- so i might not be original- but i love it =) and its less than $30
I like Amor Amor by Cacharel, I think 1.7 oz goes for about $30 - $40. It has a lot of depth to it, sort of innocent but sexy at the same time. I was telling someone the other day, when I wear it I feel like the heroine in a Gothic romance novel =) That's what it makes me think of.

Perfumes' body lotion effectiveness?
If I go out after only applying a perfume's body lotion like J.lo's After Dark body lotion without applying the perfume itself, will the scent be apparent? I'm asking this because of budget issues and the designer fragrant body lotions are (at least) half the price of the same perfume. So any idea folks?Perfumes' body lotion effectiveness?
Yes, the scent will be apparent, even you don't feel it as our olfactory sensors get used to our own smell as quick as after a few seconds after applying the lotion (or perfume). But be careful with using these scented lotions as the fragrances used tend to unbalance the skin's natural PH and apparently speeding up the aging process.
At least check that the product is alcohol free.

Yes, but the effect will be much lighter. If it is going to be an intimate evening the lotion is very nice idea, cause only someone real close to you will smell it. Lotion adheres to you skin longer.
I always find the body lotion smell lasts longer. maybe only apply it where you would put the perfme though. As another answer says they can dry your skin. Or use an unscented body lotion first.ms stress

Entrepreneurs may propose ideas to a chemist on what types of cosmetics they would like to be formulated for their makeup/skin care line and the chemist then mixes chemicals to create test samples and presents them to the whomever is in charge. The test samples are reformulated and evaluated until they find a sample that is acceptable and safe to sell. The entrepreneur may tell the chemists how much color or pigmentation they would like in the cosmetics, but they don't actually create the cosmetics themselves.

I have been using Emeraude, by Coty, White Shoulders, by ? and Jontue by, Revlon for many years. (Since high school, and I graduated in 1969!) Help me find some new ones, and you must know I will NEVER pay $50.00 - $100.00 per ounce. That is just too expensive for me. Try finding an Avon dealer so you can smell the different ones. I personally like TIMELESS.
AXE is affortable and it smells incredible! Adidas smells nice too but its kinda spendy!

Help, i cant use perfume or body spray without someone get a sneezing fit. I cant even use ';Poeme'; hand lotion?
i need suggestions on light perfumes, those that smell good without making people sneeze. Funny thing is, when my 8yr old son puts them on, he smells good, but when i do, people just sneeze, at work, church, wherever. I have about 6 bottles of expensive perfumes. I use once and if someone sneezes, i buy another one. I have original Poeme and Magie Noir by Lancome, Lou Lou Blue, Chanel No5. I don't use coz they make people sneeze. I need help. i cant even use Avon. People just sneeze and i feel embarrassed.Help, i cant use perfume or body spray without someone get a sneezing fit. I cant even use ';Poeme'; hand lotion?
When using perfumes of good quality only use two pumps of spray other wise it will be over kill.Also try using your perfumes outside or And pump the sprays in the air and walk through itHelp, i cant use perfume or body spray without someone get a sneezing fit. I cant even use ';Poeme'; hand lotion?

i don't think people are allergic to every perfume you buy,
you might be paranoid. aha (:
instead of spraying directly onto your skin do 1 or 2 skirts in the air straight in front of you and walk into it. that way you will smell nice but not too strong so people should be sneezing
